Senior product engineering for teams that need to ship with confidence
Yarvixo is a product engineering company working with founders, CTOs, and product teams across Europe and North America. We build AI, SaaS, Web3, and game products with a delivery style centered on senior execution, transparency, and numbers published rather than claimed.
What Yarvixo actually does
We are not a generic agency layer. We are an execution-focused engineering partner for product teams with real delivery pressure.
Build new products
MVPs, V1 platforms, internal tools, and production systems across AI, SaaS, Web3, and game infrastructure.
Extend internal teams
Senior engineers who can plug into an existing roadmap and help remove the pressure from critical-path product work.
Untangle delivery risk
Architecture reviews, rescue work, and product acceleration when the current system, team, or timeline is already under stress.
Who is accountable
One name, because a company that will not say who decides is asking for trust it has not earned.
Dmitry Nichiporchik is CTO. He owns the technical decisions on the game and real-time side of the work, and the numbers this site leads with are his to answer for: the backends behind 52,000 and 39,000 peak concurrent players, and the on-chain boundary in a live game.
How teams work with us
The engagement model changes based on product stage, but the standard stays the same: senior delivery, predictable communication, and usable software.
Managed delivery
We own execution for a scoped product or major workstream, with regular demos, delivery reporting, and direct access to the engineering team.
Dedicated team extension
We embed engineers into your existing process when you need more execution power without lowering the quality bar.
Technical leadership support
We help shape architecture, implementation sequencing, and delivery risk mitigation when the product needs stronger technical guidance.
Transparent communication
Weekly demos, direct channels, realistic estimates, and honest status updates instead of agency theatre or progress ambiguity.
Production mindset
We optimize for what happens after launch: stability, maintainability, observability, and the ability to keep shipping.
Longer-term partnership
Many teams start with one milestone and continue with us through scaling, launches, or the next product chapter.
Where we fit best
Yarvixo is strongest when a team needs more than just hands on keyboards.
Early product teams
Founders who need a credible technical partner to turn product direction into something investors, users, or internal stakeholders can actually evaluate.
Growth-stage platforms
Teams that already have traction and need better execution on scaling, AI adoption, platform hardening, or delivery speed.
Complex technical scopes
Projects that combine product requirements with harder engineering constraints: compliance, concurrency, real-time systems, or Web3 complexity.
We also run a product of our own
The part of a studio's record that is hardest to fake, and the easiest for you to check.
ArendaOS is a B2B subscription SaaS for car-rental and fleet-rental operators, built and operated by Yarvixo, and it is live at arendaos.com. Twelve product modules, multi-tenant from the first migration, seven roles with per-section permissions, PDF contracts and acts, personal data encrypted at rest, an audit journal — and overlapping bookings for one vehicle refused by a database constraint, so the conflict cannot be written by any code path at all.
It matters here for one reason. Client work on this site is anonymised, which means you are asked to trust descriptions of systems you can never look at. This one you can open, read, and hold us to. It also means we carry the consequences of our own architecture decisions in production — support tickets, migrations, incidents — rather than handing them over at the end of an engagement.
Why clients choose Yarvixo
The point is not to sound impressive. The point is to be dependable when delivery quality actually matters.
Senior execution
Critical paths are staffed by engineers who can make architectural decisions, not just implement tickets mechanically.
Clear product thinking
We work from business goals and user flows, not just raw feature lists or disconnected technical tasks.
AI-native delivery
We know when AI is a real product advantage and when it is better treated as supporting infrastructure rather than marketing gloss.
Cross-domain strength
AI, SaaS, Web3, and game infrastructure are different problem spaces, but we know how to move between them without dropping delivery quality.
Operational maturity
We think about monitoring, scaling, security, compliance, and handover from the start rather than treating them as cleanup work.
Honest communication
If something is risky, unclear, or not worth building yet, we say it directly and help the team choose a better path.
